Key Idea:

Link a new habit to an existing one to make it easier to adopt.


Example:

Existing Habit: Drinking coffee every morning.


New Habit: Writing a to-do list.


Habit Stack: "After I drink my coffee, I will write my to-do list for the day."


Why It Works:

Leverages the existing habit loop to introduce a new behavior.
